- If the parcel is damaged on arrival due to mishandling it must be reported to the postal service and marked 'damaged on arrival' before signing.
- It is important to communicate any loss to us within 3 days of signing by using the product returns form at the foot of the page
- Refused deliveries for any other reason will be charged at the full buying rate.
